Shipping Information

All artwork is packaged with utmost care to ensure it arrives in your waiting hands in perfect condition.

I am happy to share that orders $150+ will ship free within North America!

International Customers: 

Please be aware that additional customs taxes may be charged by your government before receiving the package from the courier. The amount of customs tax varies depending on your location. I recommend checking the customs regulations in your country before making a purchase or ordering my work.

My artwork arrived damaged, or was lost/not delivered. What do I do?

We are not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service, and we are not liable for any damage incurred post-delivery. We work hard to package each order with care so that it arrives undamaged.

Please be kind when reaching out and remember that we do not run the post office or UPS, and we have no control over the treatment of your package in transit - it breaks my heart just as much to see artwork damaged!

Artwork that arrives damaged due to mishandling by the shipping service or courier should be handled as follows:

- take detailed photos of any damage of the OUTSIDE of the packaged parcel

- take detailed photos of any damage of the artwork

- contact me at hello@danielletrudeau.com within 7 days of the artwork arriving with photos

Refunds & Exchanges

I strive to provide you with high-quality, original oil paintings that reflect my passion and creativity. I regretfully cannot offer refunds for my original artwork purchases.

However, your satisfaction is of utmost importance to me. If, by any unfortunate circumstance, the artwork arrives damaged during transit, I will gladly assist you in the refund process. In such cases, the refund will be handled by the insurance company, and I will require a detailed request along with evidence of the damage.

To ensure transparency and peace of mind for my valued customers, I encourage you to request additional pictures, videos, or even the packaging process of any artwork you are considering purchasing.
